What happens after you send your inquiry

Every quote is hand-built by a regional specialist — the person who grew up on the islands you're about to visit — not pushed through an algorithm.

  1. 01

    Within 4 working hours

A planner in your timezone opens your email, reads it carefully, and replies with two or three clarifying questions. No auto-replies, no ticketed queue.

  2. 02

    Within 1.7 days, on average

You receive a first-draft itinerary with ferry timetables, two or three island options per night, honest price bands, and notes from the planner on what to book first.

  3. 03

    Two rounds of refinement

We adjust until the route feels right. Swap Milos for Folegandros, add a day in Naxos, replace the catamaran with a slower ferry — all priced live from the operators.

  4. 04

    One confirmation email, all bookings

Once you say yes, every ferry, hotel and transfer is reserved through our live integrations with Blue Star, Hellenic Seaways, SeaJets and Anek-Superfast — one paper trail, one point of contact.

Common questions, calmly answered

How is your pricing different from booking directly online?

You pay the same ferry and hotel rates as you would on the operator or OTA — sometimes a small service fee for hand-built itineraries, which we tell you up front. The value is the curation: we sit with the 47-ferry-timetable problem so you don't have to, and we catch the connections that break at 11 p.m. on a Tuesday in September.

Is it safe to pay Igo Greece before my trip is confirmed?

Yes. We hold client funds in a segregated client account with a Greek trustee bank, are IATA-registered (code 27-7 4421), and have been an ASTA member since 2012. You'll receive itemised invoices for every ferry, hotel and transfer, and we never charge your card until the full trip is confirmed by all suppliers.

Do you handle small groups and big families?

We plan honeymoons for two, multi-generational trips of fourteen, and everything between. Our 22 planners split into regional desks, so a Sifnos specialist handles your Sifnos nights — not a generalist in a call centre.

What if I want to travel in peak July or August?

Send your inquiry as early as you can — ideally four to six months ahead for the Cyclades, three months for the Ionian. Our 98.4% confirmation rate for July and August 2024 is the result of booking the ferries the moment schedules open and reserving refundable hotel holds in parallel. We will never promise a sailing we can't lock.

Still unsure? Write to a planner — there's no script on the other end.
